The Paradise Golf and Beach Resort will be constructed on an 18-hole golf course. As the development will be built on sloping land, most apartments and villas will have views to the sea. The development is situated in an area of natural beauty, near kilometers of virgin sandy beaches. Tangier city centre and the airport are only fifteen minutes away by car.

The Paradise Golf and Beach Resort is government backed, with building consent already given. The construction company is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Moroccan Government. Last year they completed 50,000 individual dwellings. The workforce consists of 3,000 people.

The bank will also provide the mortgages to people buying at Paradise Golf & Beach Resort where required (subject to status). A new bank will be opened on site with English speaking staff and will provide cash points, credit cards, internet banking etc.

To reserve an apartment a holding deposit of €3,695 (approx £2,529) is payable. Normally a handling charge of €730 (approx £500 ) is payable but this is offered as a discount. Two weeks later agency fees of approx £3,178 and the balance of the 40% Deposit are payable. The remaining balance of 60% is payable upon completion in 2009.
